Dieter Schellenberg, originally from Switzerland and moving to Canada in 2001 is the owner of South Face Design Ltd. He and his wife, a painter in trade, started the Canmore business in 2009.
Our company is detail oriented with a high quality of craftmansip.
Dieter went to woodworking school in
Switzerland for five years and received a Junior Masters Degree in cabinet making.
He also has a certificate in lacquering and spraying.

Whether your furniture will be clear lacquered, stained, brushed, laminated or oiled, we can do it all.

We work with the best materials we can get to produce a lifelong dream furniture or other project for you.
We discuss with you style, colour, and materials before starting your project. Than our designer will plan the project on the computer and show you how it would look like on a blue print. As much as possible our work is prepared in the shop to reduce dust, odor and noise in your home.
